Ashcombe Valley Archers collect personal data purely for use by the club to keep you informed of club activities, we communicate via email and in certain cases by phone (e.g. if an incident occurs on site that is relevant to yourselves).

1/ We provide information through our web site www.ashcombevalleyarchers.club, via our facebook page, and through our ‘WhatsApp’ group as well as group emails relating to shoots and annual subscription fees. When using email we make use of mailing lists to prevent your email being distributed to other members of the club, these lists permit you to unsubscribe if you so desire.

2/ The details that you provide are only available to members of the club committee, a list of members is provided on our web site.

3/ We do not transfer your personal data to any other organisation.

4/ We will only hold your personal data whilst you remain a member of the club and will destroy all such information when we are apprised that you are leaving or have left the club, e.g. non-renewal of membership, unless there is a legal obligation to hold data as required by the NFAS or their insurers.

5/ The information you provide in this form will be used solely for dealing with you as a member of Ashcombe Valley Archers (hereafter AVA).

6/ AVA has a Data Privacy Policy which can be obtained from the club secretary or may be downloaded from our web site. Your data will be stored and used in accordance with this Policy.

7/ AVA may arrange for photographs or videos to be taken of AVA club activities and published on our website or social media channels to promote AVA. If you consent to your image (or your child if signing as a parent/guardian) being used by the Club in this way please tick the box above.

8/ If you/ the individuals listed above later wish to withdraw consent in relation to photographs please contact the club secretary.

9/ By agreeing to your images being used, you agree to assign any copyright or any other right of ownership of these images to AVA.
